MLS-622 is a medium sized LCR and Surround loudspeaker designed for on-wall mounting or to be placed behind sound transparent screens.
The design is a variation of the well-known D’Appolito with the twist of using 2 tweeters to operate the upper-frequency bands for extra vertical dispersion control.
The MLS-622 performs a smooth linearized on-axis frequency response complimented by wide uniform horizontal dispersion to produce spatial in-room sound.
For larger set-ups, the 622 can cover all channels to operate a full system for absolute system timbre matching.
MLS-622 features dual stacked 6.5-inch mid-woofers with textured coated paper cones and 1 pcs 26 mm dome tweeter to support the main 28 mm Ring dome tweeter. Both domes use coated soft fabric.
All 4 drivers have copper-capped magnet systems to effectively reduce harmonic distortions and intermodulation.
